It was just a well-suited match for a quick stop in Vienna with great value for money. The location was perfect for visiting the Christmas Market, just a short walk away. I recommend calling the reception for parking details to make it easier upon arrival.

Generally, appreciated this nicely presented accommodation with amazingly helpful staff in a proper manner. I had a reasonably priced and rich breakfast with the option to have cooked food, the food was local.

Couldn't recommend more for a weekend trip

Comfortable bed, spacious room, with a lovely continental breakfast that features fresh juices and pastries. It's conveniently located just a short walk from the Rathaus metro station.

I loved the charm of Hotel Josefshof Am Rathaus. The elegant decor really stood out. The location impressed me. It's super close to the Rathaus and perfect for exploring the city. The staff was great with their cute service. The breakfast was a treat, with a fantastic selection of local and international options. It was delicious and set me up for the day. The refrigerator in my room didn't work well, inconvenient during the warm weather. I had to rely on the staff to freeze my ice packs every night. Sometimes, the Wi-Fi connection dropped, frustrating. These small issues didn't ruin my stay, but they could use some attention for a better overall experience.

The location was nice close to the center. The dogs were well accepted.

Requested for non-smoking but got a smoking room due to the dogs. Also the way the people talked was a bit mean. I wish they were more polite.

The hotel located not far from Wien center and very easy to reach for all point of interest.

Excellent location, very central, yet really quite. All major sites in the city centre (Ringstrasse) within a few minutes on foot. The hotel strikes a lovely combination between modern standard and traditional style. Our room and bathroom were clean, spacious and tastefully furnished. Generally good service. Very good value for money.

Our room on the 5th floor was under the roof, the windows there are in the roof, allow no view outside (sky only) and give less light. They were difficult to open (electronically). The drinks in the room were not refilled over the weekend. For the rest the room was very nice and cosy. One male receptionist was rather arrogant. However, in the above issues were of minor nature and in total the hotel hotel is clearly recommendable.
